Rodent Management Services

We offer Rodent Management for domestic and commercial settings that control the existing infestation and prevent future infestations from getting out of control. Some of our existing clientele include cafes, warehouses, Air BnB's, Golf Clubs and Restaurants.    

We are aware of secondary poisoning concerns and safely secure any rodenticides used on site. We also provide an option for clients to use environmentally friendly rodenticides which have been tested and proven to have minimised impacts on birds or wildlife that consume rodents under the effects of the rodenticides. 

Furthermore, we are passionate about providing integrated pest control options for clients which include providing recommendations on how to prevent future ingress of rodents into your home or business to reduce the requirement for constant baiting.

We provide warranties for all our Rodent Management Systems

Prior to treatments we advise clients to:

• Take note where common areas of activity are
• Take note of particular foods being eaten or burrows around the garden areas

Advice Post Treatment:

• Due to the neophobic nature of rats it may take up to 4 weeks for the infestation to be controlled
• Rodent exclusion recommendations installed by us are designed to help prevent future entry, due to the nature of rodents they are constantly finding new ways of entering structures and complete exclusion may not always be achieved. 

At Surfcoast Pest Control we offer rodent exclusion services which involve installing robust materials to entry points to prevent future ingress. Examples of our work include proofing decking areas, holes in brick veneer structures and gaps located in the subfloor areas of structures.
